Cost guide

How much does sewer lining cost in the Seattle area?

What decides the price of cured-in-place (CIPP) sewer lining in Seattle — pipe condition, length, diameter, cleaning and access — and how to find out whether your line can be lined.

The short answer

Lining cost depends first on whether your pipe is a candidate at all, then on its length and diameter, how much cleaning it needs before the liner goes in, and how the crew reaches it. A camera inspection answers the first question; the estimate prices the rest for your line.

Your number

Your price comes from your line — not a chart

We'd rather give you a real number than a range that doesn't fit your property. The estimate is free: we look at what your job actually needs and put every viable option in writing with its price.

  • Full-length lining — A new pipe cured inside the old one, end to end
  • Sectional / point liner — One damaged section lined from the inside

What sets the price

The cost of sewer lining comes down to these.

01

Whether the pipe can be lined

A liner needs a continuous host pipe. A fully collapsed section, severe offsets or a badly sagging line may need another method — the camera decides.

02

Length and diameter

More length means more liner and resin; a change in pipe size along the run can mean more than one liner.

03

Cleaning before lining

Roots, scale and debris have to come out before the liner goes in. Heavy root intrusion or buildup means more prep time.

04

Access points

An existing cleanout keeps the job smaller. If there isn't one, an access point has to be made.

05

Reinstating connections

Branch lines that tie into the main run have to be reopened from inside after the liner cures.

Sewer Lining (CIPP) cost: questions people ask

Can every sewer line be lined?

No. Lining needs a host pipe that is still continuous enough to line. We camera the line first and only recommend lining when it fits.

What is BlueLight?

BlueLight is the UV-cured lining system we use: the liner is cured with light inside the old pipe instead of being dug in.
