The receipts speak for themselves

“I would definitely recommend Pro Sewer Repair. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and trustworthy. We had a 100 year old sewer that needed to be lined. This is typically an expensive repair that many dread. However, throughout the process I felt that we had definitely made the right decision to go with Rob and his team (my initial comfort with choosing them was after reading many similar reviews like these). They worked efficiently and did a really great job – as evident in the final sewer scope video they provided. I would definitely recommend them if you find yourself needing to have sewer / plumbing work done. Great job again to Rob and his crew! Thanks!”

“Pro Sewer Repair helped me and our neighbors resolve a shared side sewer problem that required a lot of neighborly cooperation. Rob, Jamie, and their team were astonishingly patient, professional, and hard working to ensure we were all on the same page, got the best, highest priority repairs done, and walked us all through shared billing and the overall repair process. Can’t recommend Pro Sewer Repair enough – great team, and even better work.”

“Rob and his team fixed our aging (broken, roots infested) concrete sewer line by pipe-bursting method. The work was done on time/on budget. Highly recommend you speak to Pro Sewer people before making the final decision.”

“Rob was really helpful and made us understand what we needed to do to fix our drainage problem. He gave us options and did not push us to go with the more expensive options. Was a pleasure to work with and will definitely use them again!”

“Rob and his team run a first class business. Rob is experienced, reliable, manages a well run team, and most importantly, does the work he promises, on time and on budget. I needed a 100 year old sewer line in Green Lake replaced, we went through the different options of re-lining vs. replacing with PVC and went with replacing. I had received another bid from a different plumber, and even if Rob’s estimate was higher (which it wasn’t!) I still would have gone with Rob. You won’t regret letting Rob and his team take care of your project. Thank you, Rob, Jaime, Jacob and Adam! Job well done.”

“Rob came when he said he would. He gave us a knowledgeable and affordable estimate. He scheduled the work and they came and did the work properly. Jaime, the office manager, was completely professional and stayed in touch every step of the way. We will definitely recommend and use Pro Sewer Repair again.”

“We had a great experience with Rob and Pro Sewer Repair. From the initial call and up to the end of the project, we were met with courtesy and professionalism. Not only was Rob and his team professional, they did an excellent job on our work. We have a Japanese inspired ornamental garden and were very worried about damage to the garden with this sewer work. That did not happen at all. The guys did an immaculate job and our yard looks exactly the same as before the job started. Rob and Jaime have been prompt in returning emails, calls or questions we might have and have helped us the whole way through. Rob was willing to work with us on the cost of the job as well, which was a great relief! I highly recommend Pro Sewer Repair for any sewer work you might need.”

“This is an amazing company. They gave free estimate – which is old school and very rare now. We had drainage problems in our garden, and Rob took a look and told us that we should ask a landscaping company which will save us a lot of money. Rob also offered to explain to the landscaping company how to do so if needed – without charging us. Amazing attitude toward customer care. I will call them for future sewer repair tasks.”

“This review is long over due, but I had the team from Pro Sewer Repair out to my home in September 2023 for a sewer line repair. I had been having on going issues with my sewer line for years and had put off the job of repairing it as the big box companies were telling me how expensive the project will be. Rob & Jaime did a great job of biding the project and explaining to me what needed to be done. Jason and Todd then hand dug the hole to the sewer line which was greatly appreciated as it saved a ton on having to do a driveway repair. Very very happy with all the work that was done, from the start to end and the clean up that they did, it was like Pro Sewer were never out. I would not hesitate to hire again. Thank you!”
