Terms & Conditions

The rules for using this website and requesting our services — the short version first, then the full agreement.

Effective / last updated: October 20, 2026 · Entity: Pro Sewer Repair LLC (doing business as Pro Sewer Repair), a Washington limited liability company · 9824 Lake City Way NE, Lower, Seattle, WA 98115 · (425) 478-3133 · [email protected]

1. Acceptance of these Terms; eligibility

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Pro Sewer Repair LLC, doing business as Pro Sewer Repair (“Pro Sewer Repair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Washington limited liability company located at 9824 Lake City Way NE, Lower, Seattle, WA 98115. They govern your access to and use of prosewerrepair.com and any page, subdomain, form, or communication channel we operate that links to these Terms (the “Site”), and your requests for our sewer, drain, trenchless, water-line, and related services (the “Services”).

By using the Site, submitting a form, calling or texting us, or requesting the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you act for a business, homeowners’ association, landlord, or property owner, you represent that you have authority to bind that party, and “you” includes that party.

These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver in Section 18 that affect your legal rights. You may opt out within 30 days as described there.

2. Who we are and what we do

Pro Sewer Repair is a family-owned Washington sewer contractor founded in 2017 and registered with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries as a general contractor, registration no. PROSESR814OC. We provide sewer replacement, trenchless sewer repair (including cured-in-place pipe lining and pipe bursting), sewer repair, sewer camera inspection, sewer and drain cleaning including hydro-jetting, water-line repair and replacement, and related emergency sewer services to residential and commercial customers in the Greater Seattle & Puget Sound area. We serve the State of Washington only. Service availability, scope, methods, and materials are subject to site conditions, permit requirements, and our professional judgment. Descriptions on the Site are general; the Services you receive are defined by your written estimate or service agreement.

3. Estimates, quotes, and pricing are non-binding

Any price, range, “starting at” figure, or scope described on the Site, in an advertisement, in an email or text, over the phone, or in a preliminary on-site conversation is an estimate provided for information only and is not an offer or a binding quote. Sewer work depends on conditions that cannot be fully known until a camera inspection, locate, excavation, or permit review is complete — pipe material, depth, grade, root intrusion, collapse, groundwater, shared side sewers, utility conflicts, and municipal requirements all change scope and cost.

A price becomes binding only when it is set out in a written estimate, proposal, or service agreement that identifies the scope of work and is signed or electronically accepted by you and by an authorized representative of Pro Sewer Repair (a “Service Agreement”). If conditions discovered during the work differ from those the Service Agreement assumed, we will stop, explain the change, and obtain your written approval of a change order before proceeding, except where immediate work is necessary to prevent property damage, a sewage release, or a safety hazard, in which case we will notify you as soon as practicable.

Free on-site estimates and free second opinions are offered as a courtesy for the residential and commercial services we advertise, within our service area, and may be limited or withdrawn at our discretion. Diagnostic services that require equipment time (for example a camera inspection with a written report) may carry a fee that we disclose before we begin.

4. Service agreements, permits, and site conditions

Work performed at your property is governed by the Service Agreement, which controls over these Terms if they conflict. Where Washington law requires it, the Service Agreement includes the contractor disclosure statement under RCW 18.27.114 and notice of lien rights under RCW 60.04.250, and any residential warranty terms. You agree to: (a) give us safe access to the property and the sewer, cleanouts, and utilities; (b) disclose known hazards, prior repairs, easements, shared side sewers, and underground obstructions; (c) obtain the property owner’s authorization if you are not the owner; and (d) cooperate with permit and inspection requirements of Seattle Public Utilities, the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections, or the applicable city or county. Permit fees, utility-locate delays, and government inspection scheduling are outside our control. Restoration of landscaping, hardscape, or finishes disturbed by necessary excavation is included only to the extent stated in the Service Agreement.

5. Scheduling, emergency service, and cancellations

We answer calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and prioritize active sewage backups and emergencies. Arrival windows are good-faith targets, not guarantees; weather, traffic, permit and locate timing, and emergencies at other properties can move them, and we will keep you informed. Appointment confirmations sent by text or email are for your convenience and do not change the Service Agreement.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Where a Service Agreement provides for a deposit, materials ordered for your job, or a cancellation fee, those terms apply. We may reschedule or decline work where site conditions are unsafe, access is not provided, or the work would violate law or code.

6. Payment, financing, and late payment

Unless the Service Agreement states otherwise, payment is due in full on completion of the work. We accept major credit and debit cards, checks, and electronic payments as communicated at the time of service; the Site itself does not collect payments. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which maintains PCI DSS compliance for card data; we do not store full card numbers. Prices exclude sales tax where applicable, permit and inspection fees charged by the jurisdiction, and utility-locate charges unless stated. Amounts not paid when due may accrue interest at 1% per month (12% per year) or the maximum rate allowed by Washington law, whichever is less, plus reasonable collection costs and attorneys’ fees as permitted by RCW 4.84.330 and the Service Agreement. We retain lien rights under Washington law (RCW 60.04) for unpaid work.

Financing. Financing is offered through Service Finance Company, LLC, an independent lender. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and are not a party to your loan agreement. Financing is subject to the lender’s credit approval and terms, which are disclosed to you by the lender. Promotional financing terms (for example deferred interest) are the lender’s and may change; the lender’s written disclosures control. Applying for financing does not obligate you to purchase the Services, and a financing decision does not change the price or scope in your Service Agreement.

7. Warranties: what is disclaimed and what is written

Website. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND COMMUNICATIONS PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION, ESTIMATE, OR DESCRIPTION ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR APPLICABLE TO YOUR PROPERTY.

Work performed. Any warranty on workmanship or materials exists only as set out in the written warranty document or Service Agreement you receive, including its duration, coverage, exclusions, transfer conditions, and claim procedure. References on the Site to warranty coverage (for example a transferable warranty on full sewer replacement) are summaries subject to those written terms and do not expand them. Manufacturer warranties on liners, pipe, and equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are passed through to you where the manufacturer allows. EXCEPT FOR THE WRITTEN WARRANTY, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ON THE SERVICES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, THAT A LINE WILL NEVER BACK UP AGAIN, THAT TRENCHLESS METHODS WILL BE FEASIBLE FOR EVERY LINE, OR THAT NO EXCAVATION WILL BE REQUIRED. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties; in that case the limits apply to the extent permitted.

8. AI and automated-content disclaimer

Some content on the Site — including educational articles, service and neighborhood descriptions, glossary entries, frequently asked questions, and summaries — is drafted or edited with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools and then reviewed by people at Pro Sewer Repair or our website provider before publication. The Site may in the future offer AI-assisted features such as a chat assistant, a scheduling helper, or a cost estimator (“AI Features”). You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated or AI-assisted content and AI Feature outputs are illustrative and general, may contain errors or omissions, may be out of date, and may not reflect conditions at your property, current code, permit requirements, or pricing;
  • outputs of any AI Feature are not an estimate, quote, diagnosis, warranty, or professional advice, and are not a commitment by Pro Sewer Repair until confirmed by a human representative in a written Service Agreement (see Section 3);
  • human oversight of AI content is exercised in good faith but no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness is given;
  • you should not enter sensitive personal information into any chat or estimator feature, and any conversation with an AI Feature may be reviewed by our staff and stored under our Privacy Policy; and
  • you will not use AI Features to attempt to extract our systems’ instructions, generate harmful content, or interfere with the Site.

Where an AI Feature is available, it will be labeled as automated. You can always reach a person at (425) 478-3133.

9. Information only — no professional advice

Content on the Site about sewer systems, side sewers, Seattle and King County permit processes, pipe materials, insurance coverage, real-estate transactions, property lines, or shared sewer responsibilities is general educational information based on our field experience and public sources. It is not engineering, legal, insurance, real-estate, or financial advice, does not create a contractor–client relationship, and should not be relied on without an inspection of your specific property and, where appropriate, advice from a licensed professional in that field. Permit rules and utility policies change; verify current requirements with the issuing authority.

10. Text-messaging (SMS) program terms

By opting in to text messages from Pro Sewer Repair through a form on this Site, by texting us, or by giving us verbal permission, you agree to the following program terms, which supplement Section 7 of our Privacy Policy:

  • Program description: service-related messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, technician en-route notices, estimates, permit and inspection updates, invoices, receipts, warranty information, job-completion surveys and review requests, and replies to your questions. Marketing texts are sent only if you separately opt in to them.
  • Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation message. Help: reply HELP, call (425) 478-3133, or email [email protected].
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can receive the same information by phone or email.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
  • No third-party marketing: your mobile number and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and will notify us if it changes.

The consent language presented on our website forms is:

“By checking this box and submitting my number I agree to receive calls and text messages from Pro Sewer Repair at the number provided about my request, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. I have read the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.”

11. Intellectual property and limited license

The Site and its content — text, articles, photographs, job videos and sewer-scope footage, graphics, logos, the Pro Sewer Repair name and marks, page layouts, code, and the selection and arrangement of content — are owned by or licensed to Pro Sewer Repair LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Third-party marks (including ServiceTitan, Service Finance, Google, Yelp, and manufacturer names) belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating or obtaining our Services. You may not copy, scrape, republish, frame, sell, create derivative works from, or use automated tools (including AI training or data-mining tools) to harvest Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or request service for a property you have no right to authorize work on;
  • use the Site to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or unlawful content;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, bypass reCAPTCHA or other security, or interfere with its operation or the operation of our providers;
  • upload malicious code, or content that infringes rights, is defamatory, or is obscene;
  • impersonate Pro Sewer Repair, its employees, or any other person; or
  • use the Site or our contact channels to harass our staff or technicians.

We may investigate, block, and report violations and cooperate with law enforcement.

13. Your submissions, photos, and reviews

When you send us photos, videos, descriptions, or other material about your property or your experience (“Submissions”), you keep ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them to evaluate, perform, document, and warrant the Services and to defend claims. We will not publish photos of your property or quote your review by name on the Site without your permission or unless you have already published it on a public platform, and you may withdraw that permission for future use by contacting us. You represent that you have the right to send what you send and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights. Reviews you post on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or other platforms are governed by those platforms’ terms and by the Consumer Review Fairness Act; nothing in these Terms restricts your right to post a truthful review.

14. Third-party services and links

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services we do not control, including Google (Maps, reCAPTCHA, analytics and advertising), Meta, Yelp, Service Finance’s application portal, Seattle Public Utilities and other government sites, and manufacturer sites. Their content, availability, and terms are their own. A link is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with a third party, including a financing application, are between you and that party, and we are not liable for them.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY WASHINGTON LAW: (A) IN NO EVENT WILL PRO SEWER REPAIR, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, TECHNICIANS, CONTRACTORS, OR WEBSITE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF RENTAL INCOME, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, DIMINUTION IN PROPERTY VALUE, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, ANY AI FEATURE, ANY ESTIMATE, OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY; AND (B) OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Liability for work performed at your property is governed by the Service Agreement and the written warranty. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, or your non-waivable rights under the Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86) or the contractor registration statutes (RCW 18.27). The limits in this Section are a fundamental basis of the bargain and apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pro Sewer Repair LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and website providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms or the Service Agreement; (b) your Submissions; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; (d) inaccurate or incomplete information you provide about the property, its ownership, access, easements, or underground conditions; or (e) work you or a third party perform on the sewer or water line outside our scope. We may assume the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 18, you and we agree that the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any claim that is not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Small-claims matters may be brought in the King County District Court or the county where the property is located.

18. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver (30-day opt-out)

Please read this Section carefully. It affects your rights.

Agreement to arbitrate. Except as provided below, you and Pro Sewer Repair agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, any communication with us, or the Services (including the Service Agreement, unless it contains its own dispute clause, which then controls for work-related claims), whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and whether it arose before or after you accepted these Terms (a “Dispute”), will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court in King County, Washington, or the county where the property is located, if the claim qualifies and remains there; and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or to enforce a lien.

Rules and forum. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or Commercial Rules if you are a business), available at adr.org, as modified by this Section, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. A single neutral arbitrator will decide the Dispute. Hearings will take place in King County, Washington, or by video conference at your election if you are a consumer, and claims under $25,000 may be decided on documents alone. The arbitrator may award any individual relief a court could, must follow applicable law and these Terms, and will issue a reasoned written decision. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Fees. Filing, administration, and arbitrator fees are governed by the AAA rules. For consumer claims we will pay all AAA and arbitrator fees above the consumer filing fee (and reimburse that fee if your claim is for $10,000 or less and you prevail), unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law.

Class-action and jury waiver. YOU AND PRO SEWER REPAIR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be severed and litigated in the courts identified in Section 17, and the remainder of this Section will still apply.

30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days after the date you first accept these Terms (for example, the date you first submit a form or sign a Service Agreement) to Pro Sewer Repair LLC, Attn: Arbitration Opt-Out, 9824 Lake City Way NE, Lower, Seattle, WA 98115, or by email to [email protected] with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out.” Your notice must include your name, address, phone number, the service address, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms, and disputes will then be resolved in the courts under Section 17.

Survival; changes. This Section survives termination of these Terms and completion of the Services. If we change this Section after you accept these Terms, you may reject the change by notifying us in writing within 30 days, in which case the prior version applies to Disputes that arose before the change.

19. Notice of dispute and informal resolution

Before starting arbitration or a court claim, the party raising the Dispute must send the other a written Notice of Dispute describing the problem and the relief requested. Send notices to us at Pro Sewer Repair LLC, Attn: Legal, 9824 Lake City Way NE, Lower, Seattle, WA 98115, or [email protected]; we will send notices to the mailing or email address in your customer record. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the Dispute, including by a phone or video conference on request, for 45 days after the notice is received. Limitation periods are tolled during that period. Most concerns about a job are resolved fastest by calling (425) 478-3133 and asking for the owner.

20. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, decline or discontinue Services, or block communications at any time for violation of these Terms, unsafe conditions, non-payment, abusive conduct toward our staff, or where required by law, without liability. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, and 15 through 21 survive termination. Termination of Site access does not affect a signed Service Agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

21. General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. A signed Service Agreement and written warranty govern work at your property and control over these Terms where they conflict.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest remains in effect (subject to the class-waiver rule in Section 18).
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, flooding, utility or permit-office delays, supply shortages, labor disputes, epidemics, or government action.
  • Electronic communications and signatures. You agree to receive notices, estimates, agreements, and invoices electronically, and that electronic acceptance (including checking a box or e-signing) has the same effect as a handwritten signature under the Washington Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (RCW 1.80) and federal E-SIGN.
  • Headings and summaries are for convenience only; the plain-language summary at the top of this page does not modify these Terms.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience only.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Site for at least 30 days before they take effect and, where we have your email and the change affects a pending job, emailed to you. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; the version in effect when you signed a Service Agreement continues to govern that Agreement.
