Who you'll deal with

The names behind the work

Chris, Estimator at Pro Sewer Repair

Chris

Estimator

Chris is an estimator at Pro Sewer Repair and is known for finding practical, cost-effective solutions to difficult sewer problems. He takes the time to understand what’s actually happening with a sewer line and explain the available options so homeowners can make an informed decision without feeling pressured.

Before joining Pro Sewer Repair, Chris worked as a nurse. That background taught him the importance of listening, communicating clearly, solving problems, and taking care of people—skills he brings with him to every customer interaction today.

Outside of work, Chris is a dad of two and enjoys playing hockey and fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Jared, Estimator at Pro Sewer Repair

Jared

Estimator

Jared is an estimator at Pro Sewer Repair who understands just how stressful sewer problems can be for homeowners. He’s great at diagnosing problems, explaining what’s happening in a straightforward way, and helping customers navigate their options to find the right solution for their home.

Jared began his career in the sewer industry with a company in Arizona before eventually moving back home to Washington. His experience in the field gives him a strong understanding of sewer systems and helps him look beyond the obvious to find practical solutions to difficult problems.

Most importantly, Jared knows that a sewer problem is usually unexpected and stressful. His goal is to make the process easier, give homeowners clear options, and help them feel confident about the path forward.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys golfing and fishing.

Andre, Drain Cleaning Technician at Pro Sewer Repair

Andre

Drain Cleaning Technician

Andre is a drain cleaning technician at Pro Sewer Repair and one of the most polite and thorough people you’ll ever have working in your home.

Andre takes pride in doing more than simply getting a drain flowing again. He looks at the entire sewer system, identifies the root cause of the problem, and determines the best cleaning method for that particular line. Just as importantly, he takes the time to show customers what he found and help them understand how their sewer system works.

His goal is to leave every customer with a properly cleaned line, a clear understanding of what caused the problem, and confidence about what to do next.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Andre playing softball or pickleball.

Peter, Operations Manager at Pro Sewer Repair

Peter

Operations Manager

Peter is the Operations Manager at Pro Sewer Repair and brings more than 30 years of sewer experience right here in the Seattle area.

There isn’t much Peter hasn’t seen when it comes to Seattle sewer systems. His decades of hands-on experience and extensive knowledge make him an incredible resource for both our customers and our team. Peter focuses on making sure every job is performed safely and efficiently while never losing sight of the person we’re doing the work for—the customer.

Around Pro Sewer Repair, Peter is a little like the dad of the company. He helps keep everyone on track, passes along what he’s learned over three decades in the trade, and makes sure our crews maintain the standards our customers expect from PSR.

Outside of work, Peter is a die-hard Seattle Mariners fan—and somehow remains one even on their worst days.

Cade, Estimator at Pro Sewer Repair

Cade

Estimator

Before becoming an estimator at Pro Sewer Repair, Cade was one of PSR’s top sewer lining technicians and helped lead our trenchless lining operations.

Cade has extensive hands-on experience installing CIPP sewer liners and solving difficult sewer problems in the field. He understands what it actually takes to complete a repair correctly—from evaluating the condition of a sewer line and determining whether it’s a good candidate for lining to understanding access, installation challenges, and the details that can make or break a successful repair.

That field experience gives Cade a unique perspective as an estimator. He isn’t recommending solutions based solely on what he sees on a camera—he has spent years actually performing the work and knows what will work in the real world.

Cade’s goal is to give homeowners an honest assessment of their sewer, explain their options clearly, and recommend the solution that makes the most sense for their property.

Rob, Founder & Owner at Pro Sewer Repair

Rob

Founder & Owner

Rob is the founder and owner of Pro Sewer Repair. He started the company in 2017 with a simple goal: build a sewer company that homeowners could trust to be honest, communicate clearly, and do great work.

Since then, Rob has grown Pro Sewer Repair into one of the Seattle area’s leading sewer repair companies by surrounding himself with great people and continually investing in better equipment, technology, training, and repair methods.

Rob believes homeowners deserve more than just one solution to a sewer problem. Whether it’s traditional excavation, trenchless sewer lining, pipe bursting, or another repair method, his philosophy is to properly diagnose the problem, explain the options, and help the customer choose the solution that makes the most sense for their property.

That same philosophy drives the culture at Pro Sewer Repair. Rob expects the team to communicate, show up when they say they will, respect the customer’s property, keep a clean and professional jobsite, and stand behind the work when the job is finished.

For Rob, building Pro Sewer Repair has never just been about fixing sewer lines. It’s about building a company with a reputation that customers, employees, and the Seattle community can trust.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, fishing, and life at home with his family and animals.

How we're organized

Four crews, one line of work.

Everyone here works on sewer and underground — we're not a general plumbing company that also does sewers. That's how the crews are split:

Office & scheduling

The people who answer the phone, any hour. The target is a callback in under a minute, and under five minutes at all costs — then they get the right estimator or technician to you.

Drain cleaning & camera

Hydrojetting, snaking and camera inspection. This is usually the first crew at the house, because nothing gets recommended before a camera has been down the line.

Trenchless & lining

BlueLight UV-cured lining and pipe bursting with HammerHead equipment — rehabilitating a line from access points instead of trenching a yard wherever the pipe allows it.

Excavation & replacement

Full side-sewer replacements, permits handled, and a final camera pass where it applies.

Want to join them?

We hire for integrity, willingness to learn, and buy-in.

Family-owned means taking care of the people who deliver the work. If that's the kind of crew you want to be on, the open roles are here.
